Shopping District (Post Hospital)
Enemies Encountered: Air Screamer, Groaner, Night Flutter, Romper, Wormhead
- Head north on Simmons Street to “Antique Green Lion.” Use Antique Shop Key to enter.
- Antique Green Lion: Notepad, push the cabinet in the corner to reveal hole in wall. After scene, proceed through corridor and step through next hole into “other church.” AXE on wall. Exit through hole in wall to enter the Otherworld.
- Otherworld Antique Shop: Notepad.
- Exit to street, run south sticking to east wall. Find hole in fence at “Silent Hill Town Center.”
- Otherworld Silent Hill Town Center: Ascend escalator, head left, enter first wooden door on left.
- Otherworld Jewelry Shop: RIFLE SHELLS x2, FIRST AID KIT, Notepad.
- Exit jewelry shop, continue down until Harry falls through the grate.
TWINFEELER
Stand still until it surfaces, sidestep left or right out of its path, then blast it with Shotgun. Should only need to do this 3-4 times before it screams and curls up. Soon it smashes through a glass door, creating an exit. Grab the HUNTING RIFLE before leaving.
- Otherworld Police station: HANDGUN BULLETS, RIFLE SHELLS, Notepad.
- Return to Hospital, enter Examination Room to speak to Lisa. Then exit Hospital and cross the street. Ascend stairs to rooftop.
FLOATSTINGER
Move around the rooftop until the Floatstinger emits a purple cloud or tries to sting you with its tail. Then shoot it with the Hunting rifle. Repeat until dead.
- Head north on Crichton Street and take the bridge west back to the Residential Area. Harry automatically returns to the entrance of the Sewer Substation. Strike the padlock on the gate with the Hammer and enter the gated area. Descend the ladder into the sewers.
