Alchemilla Hospital

Enemies Encountered: Creeper, Puppet Doctor, Puppet Nurse

Hospital 1F

  • Waiting Room: Notepad.
  • Examination Room: Go through office back to Waiting Room, FIRST AID KIT, HOSPITAL MAP behind counter.
  • Medicine Room: Newspaper on desk with article clipped out.
  • Doctor’s Office: HOSPITAL BASEMENT MAP.
  • Conference Room: BASEMENT KEY.
  • Kitchen: HEALTH DRINK, PLASTIC BOTTLE.
  • Director’s Office: Use Plastic Bottle on red liquid spilled behind desk to obtain UNKNOWN LIQUID.
  • Use the Basement key on the northeast door and go downstairs.

Hospital Basement

  • Generator Room: Turn on the generator.
  • Use elevator to go to level 2F. Then use elevator to go to 3F. Return to elevator and examine panel. A “4″ button has appeared. Go to 4F. Follow corridor, go through double doors. Descend stairs to 3F.

Hospital 3F

Many items and features of the hospital are irrelevant until very late in the game, so don’t be surprised if you don’t find them detailed here.

  • Room 302: Notepad, SHOTGUN SHELLS, note VCR here.
  • Room 304: HEALTH DRINK, note steel plate screwed to wall.
  • Mens’ Restroom: PLATE OF “TURTLE”.
  • Storage Room: FIRST AID KIT, HANDGUN BULLETS, BLOOD PACK.
  • Room 306: PLATE OF “CAT”.
  • IMPORTANT: Unlock the northeast door to the elevator. Though the elevator works, you can’t use it now.
  • Return to the southwest stairs, descend to 2F.

Hospital 2F

  • Room 201: LIGHTER.
  • Room 204: Move close to tentacles without being grabbed, use Blood Pack to distract the monster. Then move in and grab PLATE OF “HATTER”.
  • Return to the southwest stairs, descend to 1F.

Hospital 1F

  • Vending machine in NE corner of 1F: HEALTH DRINK x3 (Search vending machine 3 times.)
  • Office (in southeast corner of 1F): HANDGUN BULLETS.
  • Kitchen: HEALTH DRINK.
  • Director’s Office: Notepad, PLATE OF “QUEEN”.
  • Return to the southwest stairs, ascend to 2F.

Hospital 2F

  • Nurse Center: Examine paper on wall for clue. Place the four “Alice” plates on the south door in the following order, clockwise from the top: blue (Turtle), green (Hatter), yellow (Cat), red (Queen). Unlocks the door.
  • Operating Room: BASEMENT STOREROOM KEY.
  • Intensive Care Unit: DISINFECTING ALCOHOL.
  • Room 206: FIRST AID KIT.
  • Unlock and go through northeast door. Use Elevator to go down to B1F.

Hospital Basement

  • Morgue: AMPOULE, HEALTH DRINK.
  • Generator Room: HAMMER.
  • Boiler Room: Not this time. ;)
  • Storeroom: HANDGUN BULLETS, SHOTGUN SHELLS. Note the Storeroom is about half as big as it shows on the map. Push shelf in SW corner to reveal door to secret room. In the secret room, use the Disinfecting Alcohol and then the Lighter to remove vines from trapdoor. Descend to secret basement area. Use Shotgun to blast through nurses. Go through door on right to reach a corridor with 6 doors.
  • 1st room on right: VIDEO TAPE.
  • Last room on the left: EXAMINATION ROOM KEY beside picture of Alessa.
  • Optional: Use elevator to return to 3F. Return to room 301 and insert Video Tape into VCR to watch garbled message.
  • Return to 1F.
  • Medicine Room: Use Examination Room Key to unlock west door.
  • Examination Room: ANTIQUE SHOP KEY now on SW desk by door.
  • Exit hospital.
