Enemies

Air Screamer: Flying monster in normal world. Shoot with Handgun.
Creeper: Giant roach. Hit with melee.
Demon Child: Killer dwarves with knives. Hit with melee, shoot in groups.
Groaner: Dog monster in normal world. Shoot with Handgun.
Hanged Scratcher: Green sewer monster. Hit with melee, shoot in groups or on ceiling.
Larval Stalker: Infant-like ghost. Harmless.
Mumbler: Killer dwarves with claws. Hit with melee, shoot in groups.
Night Flutter: Flying monster in Otherworld. Shoot with Shotgun.
Romper: Ape monster. Shoot with Shotgun.
Puppet Doctor: Doctor with parasite on back. Hit with melee, shoot in groups.
Puppet Nurse: Nurse with parasite on back. Hit with melee, shoot in groups.
Wormhead: Dog monster in Otherworld. Shoot with Handgun.
Boss Enemies
Splithead: The school boss. Shoot or strike a few times to get it to open its mouth. Then fire the Shotgun into its open mouth to win.
Twinfeeler: The town square boss. Sidestep whenever it surfaces, then blast with Shotgun.
Floatstinger: The shopping district boss. Shoot with Hunting Rifle until dead.
Incubator: One version of final boss. Avoid lightning, shoot or beat until dead.
Incubus: One version of final boss. Avoid lightning by running in tight circle, shoot until dead or out of ammo.
