Book Signing: Neoncon 2008
I‘m proud to be a Guest of Honor at Neoncon 2008, hosted at the Palace Station Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas on November 1, 2008. Neoncon is Las Vegas’s biggest and best gaming convention, with attendance mushrooming from year to year. Attendees engage in dozens of RPGs and tabletop games. Neoncon is now expanding to include video games in its showcase. This year’s conference runs from 10/29 to 11/2, Halloween weekend, with many events and gaming sessions scheduled.
I’m signing and giving away books during lunch from 1 to 2 pm on Saturday, November 1st. BradyGames has graciously agreed to provide copies of my guides to sign, including my latest guide covering Star Ocean First Departure. First come, first serve–limited copies available. I’ll also happily sign any books of mine that attendees care to bring.
After the signing, I’ll stick around and participate in the games. I will happily play with anyone patient enough to explain to me the rules. I haven’t played Dungeons & Dragons since grade school, but I look forward to giving it a try and having a great time with the other attendees.
If you would like to come out and see me at Neoncon, please register for one of their incredibly affordable badges. I think the 4-day badge really can’t be beat. But it’s only $45 until 10/30, so register and make your travel plans ASAP. Palace Station is offering some great rates for attendees, but you have to make your reservations soon. I can’t wait to see you there!

Congrats on being added to the Neoncon line up. I will definitely see you there on Saturday.
Doug Daulton, the organizer of Neoncon, is a good friend of mine. We worked together a few years back. Funny that I met you a week ago and now we’re going to cross paths in a totally unrelated location so soon after.
Cheers.
